Ethically Made in London
At ALOMA STUDIO, we believe in doing things differently. Every piece is proudly made in-house at our small factory in London, where we prioritize fair wages, local production, and sustainable practices.
We produce everything ourselves, under one roof, with care and attention to detail.
Everyone who works in our London atelier is fairly paid, valued, and treated with care and respect. We’re proud to create in an environment that supports craftsmanship, well-being, and dignity at every level.
We operate on a pre-order, made-to-order, and small-batch production model, ensuring we only make what we sell, reducing waste and overproduction.
Many of our fabrics are deadstock, recycled, or certified by independent sustainability regulators.
Our mainline fabrics are often knitted and naturally dyed in the UK, supporting local suppliers and reducing transport emissions.
Because we source and produce locally, our carbon footprint is minimal and we’re working to offset it entirely as we move toward becoming a climate-positive brand.
We’re committed to protecting the planet, not just with how we produce but also with how we package:
Our boxes are made from cardboard and designed to be reused as keepsakes or fully recyclable.
We use recycled materials for all packaging and avoid plastic wherever possible.
Occasionally, we use protective plastic sleeves to guard against rain damage during shipping but we’re actively sourcing a more sustainable alternative, coming very soon.
At ALOMA, conscious design isn’t a trend, it’s our standard.
