How do I make sure I order the right size?

Can I alter my dress?
Yes, we offer complimentary adjustments on your dress.
Please note:
- You’ll need to cover the shipping costs to send the item to us and back to you.
- Once a piece has been altered, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aloma-studio.com.
Make sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within a few days of ordering, please contact us at hello@aloma-studio.com.
What delivery options do you offer?
Most of our pieces are made to order, so please allow the following lead times from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your items.
Below you’ll find the flat shipping fees for your total order, along with the estimated delivery times from the moment your order is placed to when it arrives at your door.
- UK: 7–10 working days - £6.50
- Europe: 10–14 working days - £15
- USA & Canada: 10–14 working days - £20
- Rest of the World: 10–14 working days - £20
What taxes or duties will I have to pay internationally?
International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, which are not included in your order total.
Please check with your country’s customs office before ordering, as ALOMA STUDIO is not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs or local carriers.
What if my package or product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@aloma-studio.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the damage. Once received, we’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@aloma-studio.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to process your cancellation before the order is shipped, but we can’t always guarantee this—especially during busy periods.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll still be able to return it once it arrives.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for a refund to your original payment method, provided the item is returned in resalable condition (unworn, with original tags and packaging) within 14 days of delivery.
Can I exchange my item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, style, or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
