Return Policy
Every ALOMA piece is made in small quantities or to order in our London studio, so we ask a little patience with returns — but we want you to love what you receive, and we're happy to help if something isn't right.
We offer refunds to your original payment method. We don't currently offer exchanges.
Shipping
UK: £5 flat rate. EU: €18. US: $30. For US and EU orders, the price you pay includes shipping and all duties and import taxes — there should be no additional charges on delivery. In the rare case customs holds a parcel or requests extra paperwork resulting in additional cost to you, that's on us — contact us at hello@aloma-studio.com and we'll sort it out.
How to return something
- Email hello@aloma-studio.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your full name, order number, the item(s) you're returning, and a brief reason (fit, feel, quality — it helps us improve).
- Once approved, send your item back within 14 days of delivery. It should be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact, and include the completed return form. Return shipping is at your own cost — we recommend a tracked, signed-for service. Initial shipping fees aren't refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you (excluding original shipping) within 3–5 business days, and email you when it's done.
A note on exchanges
As a small brand working in limited runs, we can't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, style, or colour, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
