
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At ALOMA STUDIO, every piece is made with intention, crafted in small quantities or to order in our London studio using deadstock, recycled, and locally sourced fabrics. We believe in conscious fashion: less waste, more meaning.
To support this model, we offer returns for refund to your original payment method.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If your item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a refund. Here’s how:
1. Contact us within 7 days
Email hello@aloma-studio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for return (e.g. fit, feel, quality)—your feedback helps us improve.
2. Ship your return within 14 days
Once approved, please return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- A completed return form must be included in your parcel
- Return shipping is at your own cost—we recommend a tracked, signed-for service
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding the original shipping fee) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your refund is complete.
PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES
As a small brand with limited production runs, we are not able to offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size, style, or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
